I design complex products for enterprise, finance, and consumer brands.
I’ve designed and shipped products for major corporations and organizations, including Amazon, T. Rowe Price, The Wendy’s Company, Under Armour, Exelon Corporation, DeWalt, and AOL. I also spent three years as UX Director at Mindgrub, where I led the design team, owned process, and was accountable for deliverables across the agency’s product work.

I specialize in 0-to-1 product design for complex, enterprise-scale systems with hundreds of edge cases and no single source of truth. My process starts with research and systems mapping, moves through aligning stakeholders on tradeoffs, and ends in specs that a team can build from without guessing. I use AI throughout that process to explore more directions faster, but the decisions and the accountability for them stay mine.
I taught a master’s-level UX course at the Maryland Institute College of Art, and mentor designers earlier in their careers.
I live in the Baltimore–Washington area with my wife and two children. I enjoy getting outdoors and camping, hitting the beach, or finding a nearby trail. When I’m not with friends and family, you’ll find me playing video games or reading science fiction.
